On living under a bridge…

As Alex continues to grow (despite desperately trying to making him a Bonsai baby; oh how we wish he would stay 4)…we need to keep pushing forward with his education.  At the moment it’s summer, so before he enters his first year kindergarten at Coastal Academy (a charter school that is a hybrid of home school and traditional school), we’re taking work/parent shifts and getting him out and about to learn as much about the world as possible.  Today’s lesson with Dad was a split between nature walk and learning that some people aren’t lucky enough to have a home to live in, so they sometimes live under bridges.
