Engagement sessions are the first time we meet many of our clients. We always end up spending quite a bit more time than we’d originally planned because once we get started, it’s a bit hard to get Dennis to stop shooting and Jaime to stop chatting. In the end, it feels like we have known each other for ages, so when we meet at the wedding again, we are just like good family friends… oh and we get to take really cool photos as well!
Logan and Mike powered through Orange county and met us for their engagement session near our house in Oceanside. There’s an area we’ve always wanted to shoot in – an expansive religious retreat with great light and nice trees. Suffice it to say, we spent the a good half of Saturday there, chatting, taking photos, eating Mexican food… we can’t wait until their wedding!
